Wall Street Institute English courses are qualified for Continuing Education Fund (CEF). Eligible applicants will be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of HK$10,000, upon successful completion of a reimbursable course once they have passed a specified benchmark test such as BULATS, provided by WSI.

Continuing Education Fund

Qualified Applicants
|
Hong Kong residents aged from 18 to 65 (who have enrolled in and paid the tuition fee for a reimbursable course before the course commences)
|
|
Reimbursable Amount
|
80% of fees will be reimbursed, subject to a maximum sum of HK$10,000 (including the course fee as well as the cost for taking English Benchmark Examination)
|
|
Regulation of Application
|
Each applicant may obtain approval once only. A successful applicant may submit a maximum of four claims for reimbursement and, in any event, within four years from the date that the application was approved.

Application Procedures

(i) |
Complete the application form (SFAA 192) which is available from District Offices and the Office of the Continuing Education Fund (OCEF) and can also be downloaded from www.sfaa.gov.hk/cef/

(ii) |
The completed application form together with photocopies of HKID card should be submitted by post to :
Office of the Continuing Education Fund,
Room 916, 9/F, Kwai Hing Government Offices,
166-174 Hing Fong Road, Kwai Chung, N.T.

(iii) |
Applicants may also place their applications in the drop-in box on 12/F., Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices.

Language Benchmark Test
|
Claimants studying language courses (e.g. BULATS) are required to pass a specified benchmark test at the specified (or higher) level before the expiry of the four year validity period.

Application Deadline
|
Application forms should be submitted before the commencement of CEF courses.
