工作嘅時候，唔少人需要出去應酬。有時需要客戶或者合作對象食一餐business lunch或者飲杯咖啡，呢個時候點樣用英文表達『我黎請」呢？其實，直接講I pay係唔夠正確架。不如一齊黎睇睇native speaker係點樣表達「請客」嘅啦！
1. spring for
spring for是「為…..付錢」的意思。
I’ll spring for the dinner.
晚飯我來請客。
2. bill on me
The bill is on me.
這次我來請客。
3. let me foot the bill
Let me foot the bill, if you don’t mind.
如果你不介意，就讓我來付錢吧。
4. it’s my treat
This time is my treat. You can treat us next time.
這次我來請客，下次再到你。
5. it’s on me
Let’s dine out this evening, it’s on me.
一起出去吃晚飯吧，我來請。
6. I’m buying
The whole team will go out to have lunch. I’m buying it.
整個團隊都出去吃午飯，我請客。
7. get / have the bill
Excuse me, may I have the bill, please?
你好，我可以結帳了嗎？
8. pick up the bill / check
Don’t worry about it, let me pick up the bill this time.
別擔心，這次我來付錢。
