1. OoO – Out of office
I will be OoO from 10am until 6pm.
十點到六點我不在公司。
2. ETA – Estimated Time Of Arrival
ETA 30 mins.
預計三十分鐘到場。
3. EOD – end of the day
I’ll send you the docx before EOD Friday.
我會在星期五下班前把文件發給你。
4. FYR – for your reference
Please find product photos attached, FYR.
附件的產品照片提供給你參考。
5. OTP – on the phone
Can’t chat now I’m OTP.
我不能跟你聊，我在打電話。
6. NRN – no reply necessary
I will meet you at the conference room today as discussed at 3 p.m. NRN
