出去見工,第一輪HR經理面試,第二輪部門主管面試,係完結interview之前必問「有冇問題想問?」。見工嘅你,到底應該問咩好?問有幾多日假?有冇OT錢?公司嘅背景?問錯問題隨時都有機會令你面試NG!咁多中伏位,點算好?

 

唔想這陷阱,這陷阱,偏你遇上?睇咗呢4個中伏位就可以路路亨通搵到份好工!

 

1. 只喺問自己嘅福利

記住︰面試重點喺要令面試員知道,你可以為公司做幾多,要減少問公司可以為你做甚麼。避免問太多︰

 

Can I change my schedule if I get this job?

如果我得到這份工作,我可以改時間表嗎?

 

If I get this job, when can I have my first vacation?

如果我得到這份工作,我甚麼時候可以放第一次長假期?

 

Will I need to work overtime? Will I get paid for that?

我需要加班嗎?會不會有加班津貼?

 

呢類問題最好拎咗Offer先問喇!

 

2. 一次問好多條問題

一次唔可以拋太多問題比面試員。千祈唔好咁做︰

 

What is the company’s plan for growth and development? Why the company has this plan? What is the expected result? Will the structure of the company be affected?

這間公司的發展和增長的計劃是怎樣的?為甚麼公司會有這樣的計劃?預期成效是怎樣的?公司的架構會有改動嗎?

 

What are the difficulties that I may face in this position? What is your expectation for someone who takes this job? How can one meet the target of yours? What can be done to overcome the obstacles?

這個職位會為我帶來怎樣的難關?你對這個職位的人選有甚麼的期望?怎樣才能達到你的要求?可以如何克服那些困難?

 

呢啲問題本身幾好,但唔好一次拋曬比面試員,會令佢唔知答邊樣先。

 

3. 問可以喺網上搵到嘅資料

如果你問咗呢類問題,就等於話比面試員知,你冇做足功課先嚟,似乎對呢份工冇咩誠意。所以避免問︰

 

What does this company work on?

這間公司是做甚麼的?

 

What are the courses provided by this education center?

這間教學中心提供甚麼課程?

 

What are the products made by this company?

這間公司製作了甚麼產品?

 

Where are the other centers?

其他中心位於哪裡?

 

4. 問比較私人嘅問題

同面試員拉近彼此距離喺好事,但唔可以問得太深入,或者喺同份工、公司等無關嘅問題,例如︰

 

Your English is good. Have you ever studied abroad?

你的英文真好,你到過海外留學嗎?

 

I guess you are not a local. Are you Korean?

我猜你不是本地人,你是韓國人嗎?

 

Will your family blame you for working overtime?

你的家人會因為你加班而責怪你嗎?

 

 

完美迴避中伏位之後,就可以諗諗自己對面試嘅職位工作上有咩問題,對未來公司嘅發展或業務有咩想知嘅地方!可以先整理好,到時見工再發問,咁就可以向interviewer對你留個好印象啦!
