1. 前台 (front desk) 篇

開場白:

我以___的名字訂咗房。

酒店預訂網站有時會表明雖然客人可以列明要求,但實際上獲分配一張床 (Double Room) 或兩張床 (Twin Room) 嘅決定係視情況而定 (subject to availability)。
所以,大家最好同職員表明你係想住咩房種:
