Dizzy 頭暈
I felt so dizzy this morning. Therefore, I cannot come to the office.
我今天早上十分頭暈，所以未能上班。
Diarrhea 腹瀉
I’ve had diarrhea since yesterday and I am on medication now.
我從昨天起腹瀉，然後正在接受藥物治療。
Infection 感染
I am having an upper-respiratory infection, so I cannot come to the office tomorrow.
